The RD (what I would like to be someday) of Post sponsored an Iron Chef Competition today for dinner time. Two of the staff (one a major Cubs fan that I bicker with often) from Alpha dining came as our judges and we had a two team face-off (apparently everyone else was too busy for some Saturday night fun!). Our secret ingredient was a fresh pineapple and one group was to make an appetizer (my pair) and the other trio made an entree. We made a chicken pineapple wrap and the other group made "Chicken Beyond the Sea." It was chicken quarters marinated with pineapple and apple on top of rice. Both rather good but neither things I would eat again!
