Painting the Rock!

Last night, in an act of rage (not really but kind of), we repainted a forever painted campus rock! A few RAs from another building were trying to convince me that Post is filled with shut-ins that are completely uninvolved on campus...which is absolutely untrue!! So, to prove them wrong...

Chuck E. Cheese

Wednesday I got the chance to take care of Eric, with Mom's help, and we decided to embark on what could have been a scary adventure! We visited Chuck E. Cheese's! It was a blast playing it up to Eric and he bought it so much so that he was chanting the name on the car ride there! Unfortunately the place wasn't as much of a hit as we had hoped. :( Eric had fun on the Clifford ride

but was traumatized shortly thereafter with the Teletubbies ride and the rest of our time was a challenge. I played in the tubes alone,

we ate some pizza, surprisingly watched Chuck E. on stage without any fright, and spent some tickets that have been lying around our house for who knows how long. It was good...here's hoping for an even better trip when he gets a little older!

OPE Update!!

Just wanted to be sure to update all of you on my Oshkosh Placement Exchange interview experience. It was essentially hit and miss with some interviews going well and others going south rather quickly. Overall it was a great experience though. I interviewed with Edgewood College, UW-Parkside, Lakeland College, Silver Lake College, Edgewood College, and Rockford College.

I am most interested in Silver Lake and Rockford and have called them back today to let them know of my continued interest. I will keep you all updated once I know more!
