Weekend with the Monty Crew
This past weekend I took care of my cousins' four little monkeys. We had a blast going to the park, driving around town (don't take directions from a 6 year old), building forts, and just plain hanging out. It was a bit exhausting waking up every morning before 6 but it was worth it. I sure do love those kids and can't wait for my week with them in January!!! Enjoy a few pictures of our fun before bath time.

Bellin Run
This past Saturday I walked my first 10K in 10 years! I ran this same event ten years ago when our elementary school did it as a group. Back then I pulled off a 1:18 and some odd seconds...this year didn't turn out as well but I had just as much fun. 1:37:32 was my final time and since I was hoping for 1:45, I'd say I did alright. Maybe I need to set a goal to RUN next year....or not! We'll see.
New View
I'm sure you've all noticed the new look and all the thanks and love go to my cousin Trish for making it the best! It comes along with a new name too, since I'm not in college anymore didn't make sense to keep the title. No worries, same web address though!
It's probably a good time to update everyone on what's going on in life too! I'm currently working at the CP center for the summer again. I did that for three summers prior to my internship summer. I would with high school age students with needs. They are a blast and I'm pumped to be back. Also, I am working with the college-age baseball team here in GB. The Green Bay Bullfrogs play at the ballpark right outside of my high school. Close to home and at a ballpark, couldn't ask for more!
That's all the updating there is for now. Still looking for a full-time job to start after this summer so if you have any leads for something relatively close to home and working with 10-24 year olds (preferably the upper half) please let me know. Thanks for stopping in!

New Name
I'm looking for a new name for the website. Obviously "College Ramblings" isn't going to fit anymore. Any suggestions?
Overdue
I suppose an updating post is long overdue! I have been graduated for a full week now and tomorrow will mark my first full week home. Nothing has really changed aside from a complete makeover of the upstairs at my parents' house. Needed to make it look a little more homey instead of a storage place. Otherwise, the job search begins again next week and hopefully something will come quickly! I'll go stir-crazy otherwise.
